At TrendandFit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Sale items, personalized products, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Step 1: Email us at cs@trendandfit.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
• Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
• Step 3: Ship the item in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, we will process an exchange after receiving the original item.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
